Looking at the information you have provided It sounds like there is a fault with either the fuel starvation or no ignition spark I would first check engine fuse and get a diagnostic check done on the vehicles control modules as there should be fault codes stored in the control module
related to the symptoms you are getting once you have obtained the fault codes it will point you in the right direction on were to start looking first It could be a [fuel pump](/topics-fuel-pump-hyundai/) or fuel relay issue or a crankshaft position sensor that is causing the issue but it would need checking on a diagnostic scanner tool.
