Wesley was great. Very professional and helpful as well as friendly. He did he's job excellent and I was satisfied with results.

Wesley was great. Showed up early for the appointment, and handled the oil change in a timely manner. However, Customer Service did not convey to him that I requested Motorcraft oil and filter, so he had to walk across the street to a parts store to get the correct brand oil and filter.

Wesley is the only mechanic in San Antonio I would ask for. Or to put it another way - DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO BOOK YOU WITH ASAI. Wesley was very kind and we only received the pleasure of dealing with him due to the fact he was cleaning up the mess Asai made of a simple job. Wesley could have been rude or made comments but he did nothing. He did the job, although it was a harder job, even though I was told it was easier than what Asai did. Wesley is to us a country boy who believes in handshakes and not contracts, necessarily. He had a sense of honesty about him and that is refreshing in not only this world but especially with this company. If you choose to use this company, ask for Manny to schedule it as he was helpful and have Wesley do the job for you if you are in San Antonio. Thank you Wesley for just doing your job with no complaints. We appreciate it.

Wesley was very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable talking to him about the repairs made on my car. Unlike other mechanics I've gone to in the past, who have tried to up-sell me on things I didn't need, Wesley informed me that after completing my repair that my car is actually in great condition and did not try to get me to make any additional repairs. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and hope to be able to request him if I need any work done to my car in the future. Thank you, Wesley!

Wesley was awesome and understanding. He also didn't try and get me to replace things that I didn't need. He was straight forward but really nice about it. I asked him if he would always be my mechanic.
