Although he ran quite late to our appointment time, he was very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done.

He explained to me that my vehicle had a mechanical issue that took priority over the issue that was suspected and offered me options on how to resolve the issues to suit my budget. Excellent customer service!! Puts you and your car problems first, everything else is second. If your looking for someone that is honest and willing this is your mechanic. My husband and I have never meet someone who at the end of this appointment explained in detail what was going on with my car and why. Definitely has patience with his customers! In the past we had some bad experiences with this company... But, thank you again Sergio for reassurance and making this appointment a great experience!

Sergio was knowledgeable and polite. He didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had and he took time to make sure that I fully understood why the car was not functioning properly. Sergio is a stand up guy. He fought morning traffic and still made it to my home with time to spare. During the appointment he confirmed what I thought to be wrong with my vehicle. He went over the parts that I wished to buy myself to save money. He told me the parts and supplies I needed ASAP and what could wait. When the parts and supplies arrive, I will be booking Sergio again to install the parts. He said he would have no problem with me viewing the work to learn more about the ends and outs of my vehicle. It looks as though I'm going to be spending quite a bit less than I first thought. Will give a follow up review after the work is completed and paid for.

Sergio is on-time with the appointment, he is methodical with the work and did a great job on replacing the right front strut. The jingling noise and the vibration of the strut is gone, a job well done by Sergio!

He not only completed the repairs, but passed along top notch knowledge on how I could personally keep my vehicle running well. When it turned out another part was needed unexpectedly, he went--got the part and ensured everything was running smoothly. He stated "I treat my clients repairs as if they were being done on my own car." He's a man of his word.
