Ruben contacted me the day before the appointment to double check on the work which needed to be done. He arrived on time the day of the scheduled appointment. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He did have to leave for a while to get a tool, but he cleared this with me before heading off to get it. He kept me informed on the progress of the service throughout the day. He also gave me some recommendations on what work still needs to be done. I didn't get the impression that he was trying to sell me services that I didn't need or want which is very important to me.

To simply sum it up the experience was very good.

Ruben was very professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable of the issue I was having and knew what needed to be fixed, however the job would've taken quite sometime so I very much plan to schedule him for the job since he diagnosed the problem.
