Got to my house early, explained everything and answered all my questions. Excellent service all around. I am physically disabled although my knowledge of vehicles and engines far exceeds my capabilities, I am still very wary of people trying to take advantage of me because of how I appear. Individuals like Larry and My Mechanic in general put my concerns at ease and I can't express my gratitude enough. Now I have my fiancé ' s vehicle serviced through M.M. so I don't have to worry about her being taken advantage of by an unscrupulous garage or mechanical technician.

Larry did a great job! He showed up on time and was very personable. What I like the most about Larry (and my previous experiences with Your Mechanic) is that he checked FIRST to see if he could adjust/tweak the problem. He explained that sometimes brake switches get dirty/wear down a little but can easily be fixed without having to change everything else out. Thankfully, that was the case with this job. He showed me what he did exactly and my car is back up and running. In my opinion, the final cost was a more than fair price. I appreciate Larry and your other mechanics not trying to hit us consumers with hidden costs. Keep up the great work!
