Joshua was very prompt. He diagnosed timely and explained the issues with the vehicle. He ordered the part timely. He was honest, friendly and very conscientious in constant communication. In my opinion, Joshua is highly competent and can be trusted to be reliable, knowledgeable, courteous and will work hard for you to find the actual problem and solution. I was very happy with Joshua, his expertise and his integrity. It was a great experience dealing with Joshua. Courteous, professional, on time, had all the right parts and was done in an hour. Did the work in the snow outside I might add, and seemed more than happy to do so, even though I know it was hell. But this repair was just in time since it was a broken window motor, and we're getting our first snow the same day of the repair. Joshua showed up on time, even a bit early and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He replaced everything and made sure the part was correct and working well before moving forward or leaving.

It is hard to judge how well he did because I was not out there and it's difficult for me to look under my hood but in general he did the job quick and well.
