I spoke with 2 different people on your staff before I scheduled my appt. & told them I wanted HIGH MILEAGE oil. Neither returned the promised call to tell me the extra cost for that & today David put in Regular oil. (The receipt said regular so I don't hold David responsible for this.) Very disappointed in the schedulers.
