Great person, my car battery is in a strange place on the left side of the engine compartment. He knew he had to take the tire off to get to the battery. I could not do this by myself.

Alex was great, he did a full check on everything that I needed checked out and informed me of what he suggested

Excellent, Upbeat and Knowledgeable

Alex was very professional. Alex was on-time and listened carefully to the problem and took the time to go over with me what he was going to do. I had an electrical intermittent problem with my Odyssey and he explained what he thought the problem was and how he fixed it. He also said that if it came back to just let him know. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone.

Alex was friendly and listened to my description of the problem. After working on it for 30 minutes, he told me that he got it started but was not able to diagnose the ignition problem. He told me that the van has an intermittent electrical failure which causes the problem of dash lights not coming on and engine not cranking. when turning ignition switch/key. Needless to say that I am not happy that​ a diagnosis could not be made at this time.

Alex, arrived on time and without hesitation got right to work. I had my brakes done so it is too early to determine if he did a good job. All signs lead to he did do a good job but with brakes I need to drive the car more to determine how well his work went.
