Charles is prompt and very knowledgeable about cars. He was able to quickly identify the issue and recommend the changes needed. From my first interaction with Charles, he has built alot of trust.

He was very professional, calming, and friendly enough. He told me he would try to come back by 4:00 p.m. to install a battery since I had to be at work by 5:00 p.m. He actually came back at 3:53 p.m. Similarly, he said he would come at 9:15 a.m. and arrived a few minutes earlier. That is unusual with people making repairs, in my experience. I am used to waiting for them and having them arrive a half hour after they said they would. I felt very comfortable putting my car in Brian's hands. He didn't try to sell me anything and offered alternative solutions.
