Lexus ES330 Repair & Maintenance Estimates

Because of the great work Alex did on our previous leaking engine air hose repair, I was looking forward to his replacing the damaged engine lower cover, and once again, he did a great job. Because I was able to send him photos of the damaged part, he confirmed the needed replacement without the necessity of a separate service call to estimate what was needed. I was able to order replacement parts online with delivery the day before the appointment Alex kindly set up with YourMechanic, and he installed the replacement cover in less than an hour. I greatly appreciate Alex's expertise, integrity, and friendly service. I am happy to recommend him highly, and will ask for him on our next repair(s).

Alex did a great job following up on his Check Engine inspection, during which he found rubber hoses leading air that required replacement. Lexus parts were ordered, but Lexus provided the wrong parts, and Alex had to go to more than one dealership seeking the correct replacement hoses. When it became clear that additional delay would occur (beyond that which had already delayed the repairs), he creatively purchased newer replacement hose material and cut it to fit the original hose connections. His actions were beyond expectations and resulted in newer parts than the original parts would have been, saving me time, money, and additional repairs had the older Lexus hoses been used. For his extra efforts, creativity, and thoroughness, I am extremely grateful, and I will be asking for Alex to provide service the next time(s) we need it.

Alex arrived early for our appointment, and did a very thorough job of diagnosing what was causing the check engine light. He found several small cracks in the air flow hoses under the hood, taped one for temporary help until parts could be obtained from the dealership. If the company's estimate is reasonable, I would be happy to have Alex finish the repairs, or work on future problems.
