He fixed my idler pulley issue which was a bolt that fell off and landed - still in the area and was in fine shape - and reinstalled the bolt, Checked the pulley - which was still fine - we both agreed - and he returned the part and credited my account  Great combination of personality and professionalism. You will want Carlos to fix your car !

I was amazed to get so quick an appointment after discovering hot air blowing into my car instead of cool. I was more amazed that David would come on a Saturday! He not only came, even a little early, but he quickly got cold air for me, also flushed my brown brake fluid and refilled the tank with pretty yellow.. David explained the AC problem and warned that his "fix" is probably temporary and why. Since I drive my car only a couple times a week for short trips, I will wait to get the system replaced until it becomes necessary, then request David. David is the fifth service person I've dealt with through YourMechanic, each one excellent--personable, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Rubynelle Thyne
