first, he called me for maybe couple minutes late due to pick up parts, i appreciate the timely communication, it is very important for me, 2nd, he started work asap after arrived and looks like he knows what he do, did work in 48 minutes plus some ck up for me with detailed explanation which is a learning class for me, do have better understanding about the car system, last, he cleaned everything and dropped recycle to our bin instead of letting me do which i offered, he said "is dirty, i will handle it" even i dont how good his tech skill is but shows the professional and respects.

Chris has worked on my cars for years. Very punctual and most often early. Very personable guy that know his business, no matter what the vehicle type.
