He got to my home right on time (little early, actually ), he immediately worked with me, and got my 2nd appt (also scheduled for today, at the same residence) bumped up, allowing him to service both vehicles, back to back (which saved me even MORE time, and eliminated another worry/hassle from my already full plate)-something the customer service rep couldn't/wouldn’t do for me, when I called the 800# earlier in the day, requesting the same thing. Abdul was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and he really DID go above and beyond for me, in his striving to give the best experience possible-he even SWEPT UP THE DEBRIS left by the dirty air filter from my garage countertop! (and made sure to dispose of it too)!! I (already have, actually) will definitely recommend Your Mechanic (and Abdul personally) to friends and family , and be using them again. Keith really knows his stuff! He came to change my spark plugs, and had to deal with part of the boot stuck to the plug. He used his ingenuity to remove the broken boot, and was able to extract the plug and complete the job. He will definitely be called again for future work.
