The pricing was about $100 cheaper in average here and all my friends were curious (A.K.A. they wanted me to be the guinea pig). I'm always apprehensive talking to mechanics; I will have to say that Robert was a true professional. He also made me feel very comfortable and felt that I could trust him right away. No, he didn't need to leave my engine cleaner than he found it but I appreciate it very much as a detailed person myself. lol I know everyone has some type of placebo feeling after getting something replaced or fixed but that isn't this case. I know for a fact and monitored performance, shakes, noises, and feel of the car for the duration of ownership. After Robert was done, the car feels great! Super quiet, shakes are gone, no more cold start noises, and better performance and consistency. It's magic when a mechanic touches your car and everything is nice and better than you've ever had it. I know spark plugs will also help a lot but Robert made the whole experience trusting, easy, professional, and amazing. He has skills! Thank you so much!
