ok according to the codes you are getting,,you have a miss ob the #4 if you havent already,,you need to do a tune up. new plugs, wires, rotor and distributor cap

i would think because it is missing you need to replace that rotor and distributor cap also if you think it is idling too low,,you may need to replace the iac,,or you could try removing and cleaning it thanks please click the link https://www.dropbox.com/s/p7u2rau104prmqh/0106-431.pdf?dl=0 thanks
