Came on time, very friendly and professional and extremely knowledgeable. Took the time to explain things in detail. Was very fast and thorough with the job. After it was done, he made sure everything was properly installed and double checked everything for leaks. Even cleaned off spilled oil from my garage floor. Came through even in bad weather (it was raining and cold). Added air to my tires and check all of the pressure. Extremely convenient for people that has a busy schedule and can't waste time driving to a shop and waiting. Everything is performed from the comfort of your home. No waiting in line, everything is booked and schedule online, there's a quote so you get an idea of how much the repair cost before anything is started. You can add and subtract things to fit your budget. No cash is physically exchanged. This is my 2nd appointment with William and he came on time again. He was very fast replacing the 8 spark plugs and air filter which is in a harder to access area than most vehicles. He took the time to explain to me what else I would need to complete my tune up. He also told me about the condition of my under carriage and even greased the joints underneath the car. I am already in the process to book the 3rd appointment. Extremely professional, friendly, and highly recommended.
