William is an excellent mechanic and very knowledgeable on everything he does. He's prompt, efficient, and considerate enough to teach me maintaince tips to help me save money.

Came on time, very friendly and professional and extremely knowledgeable. Took the time to explain things in detail. Was very fast and thorough with the job. After it was done, he made sure everything was properly installed and double checked everything for leaks. Even cleaned off spilled oil from my garage floor. Came through even in bad weather (it was raining and cold). Added air to my tires and check all of the pressure. Extremely convenient for people that has a busy schedule and can't waste time driving to a shop and waiting. Everything is performed from the comfort of your home. No waiting in line, everything is booked and schedule online, there's a quote so you get an idea of how much the repair cost before anything is started. You can add and subtract things to fit your budget. No cash is physically exchanged. Everything is linked to your credit/debit card and they send you invoices to your email and also notify you on your phone via text. It even alerted me when he was on his way and he called me when he arrived. Highly recommended mechanic! Will be using him again from now on for all of my future repairs.

This is my 2nd appointment with William and he came on time again. He was very fast replacing the 8 spark plugs and air filter which is in a harder to access area than most vehicles. He took the time to explain to me what else I would need to complete my tune up. He also told me about the condition of my under carriage and even greased the joints underneath the car. I am already in the process to book the 3rd appointment. Extremely professional, friendly, and highly recommended.

William was very detailed in his inspection.

This was my first attempt with yourmechanic. This is a wonderful idea to have someone come to your house and fix for the same price you get done at a shop. William, the mechanic came before time and found very knowledgeable and nice. He took his time and explain all detail but my first attempt was a failure. This was for a faulty ABS sensor and he had to replace the sensor on the front driver side wheel. After spending nearly an hour of time, William was unable to remove the old sensor saying it is glued to the part of the wheel and is not coming off. He said the entire part needs to taken off the axle and needs to be taken to a shop and it would cost a lot of labor. If the sensor cannot be removed, the entire part may need to be replaced. Now, I was charged for the entire amount quoted even though he couldn't do the job. Now, I took the car to a mechanic shop nearby and it was replaced in less than an hour without removing any part. I was charged half of the labor that was charged by car mechanic. So I am not really a happy customer. I still think this idea of mechanic coming to your house to repair is good but I would double think about for what repair I would call a car mechanic as anything complex cannot be done at home and you will be charged for the visit.
