Cadillac Seville V8-4.6L - Alternator - Plano, Texas
I thought Travis did a good job...and when I did not have the right alternator bought prior to his arrival he agreed to come back the following morning to finish the job. I want to mention that I did on the initial job description let you know that I would be getting the alternator myself which I had done already...it just happened to be the wrong one...thats my fault. Travis thinks he got a 1 star rating when I thought I had given him a 1 star..rating..I dont know why that happened. But I did notice you charged me $170.98 twice against my account...He had half the work done when he returned the second time to finish with the correct alternator. He has no real beef with me at all so Im not sure he understands the full story. The text he sent was not expected. Also I get another notice from you about another problem and another booking for something on my car I am not even aware of or we even discussed.. please call me at 214- 287-1607 Unreal!
