Travis came and took care of my car repairs while I was at work. Very professional and friendly guy! When recommending that something else would need to be fixed in the future he didn't make me feel like he was trying to upsale or be pushy. He gave me an honest opinon and a workable timeframe versus the usual "you should fix this by next week" spill that sometimes happens. Definitely earned my trust and I will be using him for sure for future repairs.

Travis was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked out the car before making repairs. We found out that shop we had originally taken the car to was trying to replace a part that wasn't broken. I appreciate his honesty and integrity.

Punctuality was a problem, quite late, quite often, no correspondence for hours at a time, left me HIGH and DRY on many repairs,,,...left my job to go do another job, promising to come back to me, only to go home, eat lunch, and fall asleep, and then come back at 7pm or so and working till midnite was silly, but i was patient, and stupid for this time....,.....,this leaving and coming back later was ok for awhile, ..but it got old after 10 days, i was only getting partial job repairs.., and then one evening he just called it QUITS when he was going to work on my other car...., i'll say he knew his stuff, but was completely scattered on time frames and staying cooected in a timely fashion..., this was completely lacking,....and now i cannot get YOURMECHANIC to do the work i still need done..., NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE...!!!!

Travis is an excellent mechanic.!! He explained every step of the process. He wasted no time in getting to work and resolving the issue. He asked questions and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend Travis to any person using this service. I will definitely ask for Travis on any car repairs I may have in the future.

My experience with YourMechanic was great Travis was on time , I had to work later that same day and I was completely satisfied with the service that was provided . If needed I will call and book an appointment again .
