He explained the work performed , showed me the old parts, and asked if I had any questions. Showed up early, diagnosed my problem (cracked radiator), ordered my parts, picked them up, and replaced my radiator and thermostat IN THE RAIN, on a Friday night (who does that?), God I felt bad for him, and offered to let him finish it later, but he stuck to it. He was here for 6 hours, and the quote never changed. wish that yourmechanic.com had a virtual tip jar, and I also wish they would fix his name - it isn't Mila, it is MILAD! Thank you Milad, you're a great person, and a great representative of the company.

Romanuss showed up on time and got the job done. Their were unforeseen challenges that happened while doing the brake/rotor job. But Romanuss stuck it out, fixed the problems, even though it took longer than we both expected. This was my first experience using Your Mechanic and I am pleased with the service. Romanuss did an excellent job and I was able to learn a lot while watching him. I would love to have him as my mechanic again if I ever needed one.
