Orlando arrived promptly. He was very courteous and friendly. He did an excellent job even though it was a very warm hot day and the vehicle unfortunately was in a sunny parking lot. Unfortunately it was not an easy job but he did not complain and stayed friendly and courteous during the entire unfortunate experience. The job turned out to be a difficult one but he did an excellent and very professional job.
