Leslie is an excellent technician. He called ahead of time to let me know he would be coming early which I really appreciated. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, explaining what he would be doing to come to a resolution of the problem. He is pleasant and courteous and I felt I could trust him completely. I wish I can give her 7 stars. A consumate pro who delievered as promised inspite of getting hit by a snow ploying truck on her way to our appointment. No excuses, no bs, no stories or cop outs, no cancellation...She took care of my problem swiftly. My recommendations do come easy, go and ask the first 2 people who I tried.
