Kevin was everything I hoped for in a mechanic. He was friendly, polite, informative, and most importantly did not treat me as incapable of comprehending because I am a woman. This is extremely important to me, so I thank you for the great customer service. He spent a good while with my Kia and was very clear in his explanation of what was happening and what needs attention. He came with a great personality and a warm smile. He did a very thorough job. As he went through his checks he narrowed it down to the exact problem ad from there he fixed it. Plus he gave the reason why I had a problem. And educated me on how what to look for and handle the situation when it raises agin. He is on POINT!!! No doubt. I n my book he is ALL GOOD! My problem was my car wouldn’t start. Problem was my battery connectors was not connected properly which cause the car not to start.

My mechanic Michael Straub was awesome. My appointment was for 3:00. He called around noon to let me know he was ahead of schedule and could he come early. He arrived in 30 minutes and was very courteous and professional. He completed installing a new Drive belt on my 2012 Kia Soul. He also pointed out a few other items that needed service that the Kia dealership missed. I will definitely request him again on my next service.
