Joseph asked if I could reschedule my appointment earlier. He was on time. I explained my problem and after a few detailed questions, found the problem. He happen to have the part I needed and was able to resolve the problem ipretty quickly. He was very knowledgeable and his professional attitude made me comfortable with my limited knowledge of cars.
