Ricardo , was a very friendly,professional,and competent mechanic. He did a great job on my Mercedes Benz. Luis did very good job. He recommended difference service based on the condition of my car rear brake shoes. Saved me almost half the cost. There was price discrepancy because of the service type changed but he contacted YourMechanic to make the adjustment. Overall it is good process.

Israel arrived early and was quick and efficient changing the oil and filter in my Acura. He also showed me the oil level and the packages for the oil and filter he used, as well as resetting the oil indicator light.
