Michael was on time and very knowledgeable. He was honest and told me that I’m having serious engine problems and said replacing your alternator isn’t worth replacing. And for that I’ll call upon him to fix my cars.

Austin showed up on time. He clearly explained the procedure he would perform to fix the issue. He showed me the broken part as requested. Austin also explained to me the problem with the 2nd part that wasn't going to work, but showed me how he could fix the old one. He then removed the charge for the 2nd part. I would definitely request Austin again.

As far as efficiency goes he repaired my car in less than suggested time. Everything was a breeze. Tallulah is driving just gr8 after the alternator replacement, I'll give an update in 3wks, but for now, thanks Austin for the work and attitude.

Max is punctual, knowledgeable, and empowered me to feel confident about my vehicle and the service he put into it. On his first visit to my house he was sure to call before he head over and he was extremely polite. I was really nervous that I would end up with another mechanic that wanted to take advantage of my lack of car smarts. I really didn't want to end up feeling ripped off. Max made sure he explained everything to me without making me feel silly and, in the end, saved me a bunch of time and money. I got really good vibes from this guy and, if need be, I will definitely be using him again in the future.
