Cesar showed up and did a difficult job quickly (much faster than I would have) and professionally - he didn't gripe about the puddle of water that he had to lay in while working in the freezing cold. The next morning, when I needed to go to work, there were no surprises. Great guy, gets the job done. Highly recommend him.
