Nicholas was very professional and checked out the problem fully. He found some additional damage that would need another part and kept me up to date with any changes in the prices. He did the full inspection and let me know what parts are needing replacing or having issues. He ensured also that the fan was now running and made sure it went through a few cycles while also explaining what to expect with everything for the next couple of days as far as any fluids that may have spread.
