First off, Rocco is a totally awesome and very intelligent mechanic which is extremely hard to find. He was early for the appointment and immediately started working on the issues. I found Your Mechanic after my SUV broke down at home, after doing an internet search for a mobile mechanic, since I did not want to spend about $50 to $100 to have my SUV towed to a local mechanic. Kevin the mechanic that came out to my home was a very nice, professional, personable, friendly man that seemed to know his stuff. I was shocked and amazed that it took Kevin only a few minutes to diagnose the problem that I needed a new part at a very reasonable price. When Kevin returned with the new part, it took him only a few minutes to install it and he was done. Overall, I found the customer service at Your Mechanic outstanding with no complaints or recommendations for improvement. The nicest thing I can say about Kevin the mechanic is, he treated me and talked to me like a good close friend that knew EVERYTHING about cars . . . which I greatly appreciated! Israel arrived early and was quick and efficient changing the oil and filter in my Acura. He also showed me the oil level and the packages for the oil and filter he used, as well as resetting the oil indicator light.
