Mike was excellent and did a great job. He solved the code light problem and discovered that I needed to replace the parking brake actuator to complete the job. However, I received an email asking me to call Your Mechanic customer service to help with the quote to replace the actuator. They said they were not able to do that service. However, Mike knew what to do to replace it. I told him I would request for him to return to finish the job. I will not be using Your Mechanic again because now I have to find someone else to complete what appears to be a simple job.

Mike came early and in the rain to give a diagnostic report. He did it in a timely manor and was able to direct me to the huge problem and said it was a sensor unplugged. Also showed me other failed fixes on my car. Would recommend again. Now waiting for update on how much my quote will be for other services.
