Carlos was extremely professional and knowledgeable. On route to this appointment, he ran into unexpected car repairs on his vehicle that delayed the scheduled appointment. Since I didn't want to reschedule because more damage could be done without repair, Carlos had no issue coming after he fixed his vehicle. He worked well into the evening until my vehicle repair was completed. He went far beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend him and Your Mechanic. My car wasn't starting and my husband and I weren't too excited at the prospect of having it towed to a mechanic, so we decided to use a mobile mechanic for the first time. Scheduling was simple and painless. Edmar got tied up at his previous appointment so he was a little late, but that was not an issue at all. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. It turned out that it was a fully dead battery, so he charged it up for us and let it run for a while to make sure the battery would hold the charge. He even aired up the tires and checked the fluids for us, which was not expected as part of the diagnostic service and was very much appreciated. We will definitely be keeping this service in mind for any issues in the future!

Steven did an excellent job today. He fixing the repairs needed to the car from the inspection that was done last week. Steve did a fantastic job documenting his work on the mobile site, which I had no idea the site did. Steve was punctual and courteous. Carlos arrived early to my appointment. Initially, I was impressed with how friendly he is. He very quickly confirmed that replacing the brake light switch was what my car needed and he was finished in no time at all. He then inspected my car and pointed out several things that need to be taken care of, some urgently. He most certainly saved me or my wife from a serious mechanical failure. Carlos is my HERO! He’s a sharp, professional, detail-oriented, transparent, kind, out-of-the-box thinker! He met me at the vehicle processing center where my car had been delivered from my last overseas duty station. The battery had died in transit and I was hoping for a quick fix so I could drive back to my home, 3 hours away. He replaced the battery but the car still wouldn’t start. He did further diagnostics to rule out potential causes and told me it was probably due to the anti-theft keypad next to the ignition. I was skeptical because I’d never used the anti theft feature before. I was very stressed out as I tried to think of what to do next and where to take my car and how I would afford further repairs. Carlos recommended I call the dealer that I bought the car from in 2018 and describe the situation. I called and the receptionist at the dealership was familiar with my issue and gave me the generic reset code for the anti theft keypad. IT WORKED ANY MY CAR STARTED! I was elated and so relieved! And Carlos was even courteous enough to accept my tearful hug! I cannot express how grateful I am for Carlos’s expertise and genuine, heart-felt care. THANK YOU!
