John was excellent. He called to see if he could come early. He knew his stuff and quickly completed the ordered work. My battery was dead, really dead and unlike normal cars GM makes it challenging to get to the battery. My choice was to have the car towed to a shop and then get repairs which would have been both a hassle and much more expensive than Your Mechanic. I would use this service and John again.

Jeff showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem was open and honest regarding fixing the problem. I still can't believe what it cost me.
