My appointment with Hugo was great. He communicated with me prior to the appointment to let me know when I could expect him to arrive. Then, upon arrival, he was an active listener first and then gave his true opinions on the issue. He only replaced the parts truly needing to be replaced, saving me money. And he completed the services quickly, which was much appreciated as I had to then go pick up a child unexpectedly.
