Jeff was absolutely friendly, great guy. He did his best to figure out what was wrong with the Volvo. He determined that the fan was not coming on when it was suppose to. Jeff gave us a thorough explanation what he thought was going on and suggested that we take the Volvo to the Volvo dealer ship.
