Melvin gets more than 5 stars in my books and im starting to spread the word as we speak. I had to get my brake pads replaced and after a quick description of the problem I was having he diagnosed I was in need of new rotors as well and saved some further damage on my car. Quick pick up from the store and he was back in no time and got right to work. He even let me watch and pick up some knowledge and is a very knowledgable man who you can tell goes the extra mile for the people he works for. Chris is awesome! Very knowledgeable and explained everything as he diagnosed the problem. He saved me a huge amount of aggravation by figuring out what was draining my battery and making my alarm go off at random times. He also diagnosed an AC compressor problem and had a quick fix. Dane was a nice fellow but could only complete one of the two items he identified during the initial vehicle inspection that needed fixed so the truck was safe to drive. I was not told he couldn't complete the entire job (rear brakes) until it was time to pay when he suggested I take the truck to a repair shop for the rear brakes. Had I known that beforehand I wouldn't have wasted my time only completing half the job and would have just went to a repair shop. Additionally, it took five (5) days start to finish to complete the 2 front struts.
