He was full of information after viewing the circumstances of condition and how to / what needed to be done to repair it but was unable to do it in the driveway as it required a lift and a tap and die back out busted bolts at the head of the left(driver side) front end drive train repaired and mounted bask to its original spot on the motor block/transmission drive.... My terminology is probably incorrect but you get the idea! He was appropriate in his decision and let me know that it needed to be in a shop environment to be done properly.

Terrance was very professional and friendly. He talked to me about my service before he began to make sure he understood exactly what I was expecting. He also explained a couple of other minor issues he saw I need to address. He took care to protect the parking lot where he was working and cleaned up like he was never there.

I had to get my oil pan replaced. Terrance showed up right on time with all of the tools needed. The job took longer than expected (b/c of the placement of the oil pan), but he stuck it out until the very end and didn't charge me anything more. Very nice guy and I would definitely hire him again.
