Overall great experience with David. He showed up and did exactly what he was booked to do, repair my belt tensioner. He let me know of anything he needed to do, and updated me with any issues he came across. Once he installed the new part I provided, he gave me a rundown of services I should get in the near future, I’ve seen some bad reviews on this company, but honestly my first experience has been fairly good. Only downside is I have a puddle stain of coolant on the ground in my parking space, but that can be remedied with a little scrubbing. My advice is if you use this service, buy your own parts from a retailer like auto zone, they’re cheaper and most parts come with lifetime warranties. As for the mechanics, David got the job done.
