1993 Volkswagen Passat 115,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Derrick was both personable and knowledgeable. I felt very confident in his assessment of the problem I currently have with my car. I would very much like to have him complete the work, but I noticed on the new work form an important part has been left out. As Derrick pointed out, oil is sleeping into a couple of chambers which houses the spark plugs. If the rubber seal that he showed me is not replaced, the same problem will occur. So it would be pointless to change the spark plugs and do an oil change unless that rubber seal is changed as well. He informed me that he was having a problem in requesting an order for that part. I would really like to continue with Your Mechanic, is there any way that part can be ordered?

First time. Everything was completed timely and the communication was excellent.

Jeremy was friendly and helpful in explaining to me what was the issue with my car. I liked that he was honest with regards to what parts needed to be ordered and what would better suit my car.
