2012 Volkswagen Golf 50,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

We bought an oil change through a daily deal site. I bought it as a way for my wife to get her oil changed without having to go to a shop as we have 2 kids and I work long hours. I ended up being home the day Ben came so I was there for the appointment. Ben called about 30 mins before our appt to say he was on his way, showed up on time within a few mins and was done in about 35-45 mins. It was a completely hassle free experience and Ben was extremely friendly throughout the process. We really couldn't be happier.

Called ahead and arrived early. Did a good job with clutch cable, made adjustments after I test drove the car. Have had this car 43 years (my first car in 1976), recently had the body refurbished and painted, Andrew took extra care around the entire car without my asking.

Hugo was a pleasure to work with. He accommodated a last-minute time change request due to a work conflict that had came up and then was very prompt, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend him and will definitely be using him again in the future.
