Matthew arrived on time and was incredibly thorough as he navigated his way to determining the issue. Thankfully, he narrowed down exactly what the problem was for my truck and even explained that it was a simple fix we could easily handle ourselves if we were up for rather than pushing for us to pay even more and possibly wait longer on our time crunch to have it done by him. He saved us a great deal of stress and saved us some time which we greatly appreciate. We're on a very tight budget and naturally vehicles always seem to go down when you need them the most. Ralph was amazing! He arrived early to the appointment and was quick and efficient at rotating my tires and changing my oil right in front of my door! He also let me know that I have a nail in one of my tires so that I can get that fixed and not end up with a flat tire. Overall, he was very friendly, very helpful, and great at his job. Highly recommend!
