Theodore is very skilled. He found the problem quickly. To my surprise, he's already got the parts on the way here. So the initial inspection appointment also had the problem fixed. In addition, he helped me with other problems. He is also a very nice guy and easy to communicate. He gave me advice on any further potential problem that might happen on the car model based on his years of experience.

Pardeep went above and beyond in helping my car get diagnosed! He arrived earlier than appointment time, (with care for others wearing masks!), got my keys and gave me a 30 mins estimate for diagnosing. This really helped as I could get back to work and plan accordingly without interruption. Within 30 mins, he called back with what is going on and offered me with fixing them in the next 20 minutes (though I only booked an appointment for diagnosing and missed to book one for fixing!). He himself booked a follow up appointment, got all parts needed and quickly fixed them within the said time. Thanks a ton, Pardeep!
