2010 Toyota Camry 30,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Very satisfied with the work performed. On time with a fixed quote before any work was done. This was a recent used care purchase. Dan Barber only replaced the part I needed (Oxygen Sensor) and did not try to upsell me. I also had a 75 point inspection done on this 1999 Toyota Camry. Showed up on time and completed the task quickly. He was knowledgeable about my car and knew beforehand that some additional parts would be needed even though the quote did not include them.

Breck notified me ahead of my appointment time that he'd be a few minutes late, which was fine with me, as I was too. He got right to work, figured out the problem & fixed it. He then did a major inspection of my vehicle, documenting everything. We discussed a couple of repairs that I thought I needed & will put in a couple of quote requests to determine what to do next. The whole process was so simple. It was done at my condo on Sunday afternoon while I cleaned out my car. After he was finished, I paid & instantly had all my detailed info & suggested repairs. Unfortunately, after he left, I opened up the trunk a few times & once again, could not shut the lid. I called YourMechanic back, then spoke to Breck & he came right back over. In 2 minutes, he found the other cause of my trunk problem & fixed it. I'm totally thriled with this service & with Breck. He was professional, knowlegable & very thorough with my car inspection. He was very courteous & answered my 101 questions. Yes, I'd have Breck come do all of my upcoming needed repairs for both my cars, if he's available.
