Joe was knowledgeable in the task at hand but also gave council on what could go wrong if the switch was misconfigured. That was very insightful as I had not previously considered the possibility of the airbag needing to come out. Anyway Joe did his research on that and proceeded to change the switch without problems. I test drove the car and confirmed the cruise control to be working as desired.
