Dan was awesome. He tackled the job at hand professionally. He had the problem spark plug replaced in a short time. I was amazed. He even called to ask if he could come earlier than the appointed time which really suited me fine. All in all a job well done. When I need a mechanic again I will ask for Dan. Thanks

James did a wonderful job. He changed out the starter with out a hitch and now I do not half to worry about an intermittent functioning starter. I was going to change it myself and then looked at the hassle of it...I did not want to deal with it. James made it look easy, but I knew it would have been a chore for me.
