Arrived on time, knew exactly what he was doing, replaced the gear shift cable assembly on our 4Runner with the OEM part we had purchased separately from eBay. Mechanic completed repair then test drove the vehicle, vehicle now shifts gears like new. Great job, reasonable price, mechanics down the street told us it would be awhile before they could get to our 4Runner even AFTER we would have had to pay almost a hundred dollars just to have it towed to them because the vehicle was not drive-able with the shifter cable broken. YourMechanic was the right choice at the right time for us. We don't know where all of the unfair negative reviews are coming from on the internet but they do not reflect our sterling experience with this company.

I had a few jobs that needed doing on the car: new plugs, pcv valve and air/fuel sensors. The price was amazing so I booked an appointment with Dellano. He showed up on time, got the job done and left. Simple! Dellano was professional and friendly and I'll definitely make another appointment when I need more work done.

In the time he was here, I greatly appreciated his clarity around what was covered within the service he was schedule for and what may not be. This allowed me to have options around what I could pay to fix. At the end of the service, I agreed to the additional work and he was able to completely fix my lighting issue. His clarity and professionalism really gave me the confidence that he wasn't wasting my time. I plan on booking him again if I have any other issues with my SUV.
