2008 Saturn Sky 85,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Dan was extremely kind and professional! He did his best to find the problem-Unfortunately, I felt just as in the dark after my inspection as before. He was unable to give me a for sure cause regardless of the diagnostic test which left me feeling as if I threw my money down the drain. If I had known that I wasn’t going to get a for sure answer to my problem with using a Mobil service I would have just saved myself the time and money. Again, Dan was great, the quality of service wasn’t the best seeing as I’m on my way to tow my car to the nearest mechanic to get an actual diagnosis and repair. I can’t say I would refer anyone as I myself paid to have an uncertain diagnosis that if I had just towed my car to a shop I wouldn’t be paying twice as much just to find out what’s wrong.

Scott called when he was on his way. When he got here, he explained that I could wait in my apartment. When he was done he called. He explained everything that he found and did . He was extremely polite and personable. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a mechanic.
