2003 Saturn LW200 45,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I'm a first time customer, who's likely to be a customer for life now! What an amazing service. Peter was prompt, courteous and very thorough. This is the 2nd major repair to my car in less than month. During my prior experience I was very anxious and never felt comfortable that I was actually getting what I was paying for. With my alternator replacement I feel confident the work promised was completed, my entire vehicle was inspected and I don't see getting stranded again anytime soon.

Very pleased overall. Brett arrived on time (actually 15 minutes early), and the work was completed 45 minutes later. I received a quote from a nearby shop that had 2.4 hrs of labor for this job. He was very friendly and competent. He even gave me pointers with a few other issues on my car, but was not pressured. The payment process was smooth and easy.

Stacy was knowledgeable and professional. He assessed the situation and knew what to do quickly. He completed the repair in a timely manner and observed social distancing and mask protocols the entire time. He was courteous and pleasant. I would be comfortable with his working on the vehicle again.
