As a new comer to Your Mechanic I was apprehensive about this visit; however, Ross kept me informed about his arrival time and that he stopped in town to get parts. After introductions, Ross immediately put me at ease going over my concerns with my vehicle's performance and history of maintenance and repairs. He didn't waste any time and started working right away. He explained what he was going to do and explained each procedure he was doing. I was very pleased with his service and cleanup of my driveway when he finished the job. The actual cost of the job was less than the estimate and that always makes my day.

Joe was wonderful. He arrived right on time, I was concerned about him working in such cold weather. He was not concerned at all and said he was use to it. It is great to find a mechanic I can trust.

What a wonderful experience! He arrived promptly and was VERY polite and professional making sure I understood his process and everything he would be doing. The work was done quickly and when he left it looked like he hadn’t even been there. Will definitely plan on using him for any other needs in the future! After he was done with the requested work, he even checked some other things out and let me know about some things I might want to get checked out in the future. He also made sure I understood everything about the warranty.
