Scott was super cool, he’s what I call your old school mechanic with a few new tricks, no BS straight to point. Would definitely use Scott again. Yourmechanic.com on other hand needs to get it right and not make your mechanic call the customer for your errors it wasn’t his fault you guys couldn’t get the price right... This was my first time using a mobile mechanic, as I normally do my own work on my vehicles, and I have to say this experience was way better than most I have had with the few auto shops I have had to visit. Joesph talked to me and not at me. Showed up on time and got right to work. As he was working, Joesph answered questions that I had about other issues that I have been dealing with in this vehicle. Some of which helped diagnosis more problems related to why he was here in the first place to. I now have more information to make a better plan of action on those repairs. I will definitely keep Joesph in mind next time I need help with any of my future vehicle repairs.
