He was ontime, he listened to me explain my vehicle issues, and did his thing.After finding the issue?, explained what was needed to fix it. Answered my questions about it, an set up appt for repair. Was quick at getting parts and repairing my truck, within a couple days. Chris is very efficient and polite. I'd use and recommend Chris anytime. Thank you again for the prompt fixing of my truck. 

Joe was exceptional. Prompt, friendly, and a great communicator. I am not the most car savvy person -and Joe helped me understand what was wrong with my car. He also went out of his way to keep from over charging me, which easily could be done.

Power Steering had unexpectedly went out. Paid for the Inspection to determine what exactly I would need to buy to fix my problem. I wanted to provide my own parts. Alex was sent out to diagnose the problem and he determined it was my rack and pinion. However.........instead of having to purchase a new (very expensive) rack and pinion assembly, Alex was able to repair my existing one and I was only charged the initial inspection fee.
